Sparksy is a free app that lets you see and communicate with people that are very close to you. You can see unique profiles and allow people to send messages to you. Both users simply turn switches to the on position in order to start messaging.
Sparksy also offers a 2 hour time window so you don’t ever have to miss your chance to talk to the people that you want to talk to.
Steps for Sparksy success:
1.Upload a picture, name and description of yourself
2.Turn on Bluetooth and go to the nearby page to see who’s nearby
3.Use the switches to switch on the people you want to talk to
4.Think you missed your chance? Don’t worry! Go to History page to see users that were on the nearby page for a span of 2 additional hours
